We chose Precision Garage Door as they service the southern Maryland area. Brent Evens arrived promptly and assessed our situation and needed repairs. We thought the pricing was fair, and was floored when he said he was prepared to do it now!!! That’s Service. Brent worked steady from start too finish, then insured everything worked properly as he instructed my wife and myself on the operation of the new opener. Once complete he cleaned up everything as a true professional would. Brent was outstanding in all respects, and far exceeded our expectations.

Thank you for sending Brent. I love the fact that he knows his job and has so many years of experience. It shows. also I like his personality. I like how he broke down everything that he did. He broke down the cost of the services and explain why the cost was. We will use him again and your company. Again thank you

Wow!! What a Fantastic Tech, very informative and made me very comfortable. We came in late from a trip with our garage not opening. I’m so grateful that I could get an appointment the next day. Brent Evans was absolutely spectacular he walked me through everything and solved our problem, as well as being very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely go with Precision again, and again.

Great communication! It was great that I received a photo of the technician so I knew who would be arriving. Brent arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Very pleased with the service, technician, and the operating garage door!

I called Precision Garage Doors to service my home because #1 they installed the doors we have now and we were pleased with the service. I called to have my garage doors serviced on May 13th. We were very pleased with the excellent service we received. The technician, Brent Evans was very efficient, got the job done quickly, friendly and easy to deal with. He did an excellent job. We will be calling back for work done on our garage doors at a later time. Thank you Brent!!!! and thank you Precision Garage Doors.
