I chose Precision Garage Door after a Google search. I was looking for a company that could respond quickly to look at my garage door that suddenly had a problem. I need someone to come out sooner than later. They were able to send someone out the next day. Dakota was very professional. Detailed explanation of the work I needed. We did a Google search for companies that repair garage door openers, and Precision came up with a rating of about 4.8/5 stars. We called on a Saturday morning, expecting to just leave a message, and instead talked to a real person (a treat these days) who was very interested in helping us solve our problem. She scheduled a technician (Dakota) for us on a Sunday morning. Dakota was excellent; he knew his business, communicated well, was engaging, was excellent to work with, and repaired two garage door openers in less than an hour. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repairs.

Great experience. Appointment was setup and confirmed, technician called when he was on his way, arrived on time. I explained my problem with the garage door tension springs and the fact that the door was very hard to manually open. The two technicians discussed all the possibilities that would fix the problem. They wound both springs to the proper tension, tested and readjusted until the door was balanced and operating properly. I could not have asked for a better experience from what I think is an excellent service experience and company.

A friend recommended Precision, and I could not be happier with my experience. Within one day of calling, a technician was at my house and my garage door was repaired. Dakota did a great job; he was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained everything he was going to do in advance. He and his fellow tech had the repair done in less than 2 hours, which included replacing a pair of pulleys, cables, bearings, springs, and rotors.
