My spring on the garage door broke on a Saturday evening. I called Precision on Sunday morning hoping they would be able to repair on Monday. To my surprise I got an appointment on Sunday. Dakota came to repair my door he installed a new spring, bearings, new cables and new rollers. Dakota did an excellent job I am very pleased. I wrote Precision's phone number on my door manually so I will know who to call when I have any issues with the garage door. Thanks again for the quick response

Precision Garage Door sent Dakota to my house the same day that I first contacted them. Dakota assessed my garage door situation and gave me a price for installing 2 new doors with automatic lifts. He asked for one third down, which I paid with a credit card. Dakota said his company will contact me in a couple of weeks to set a day to come install the new doors and lifts. So far everything looks good. I am glad to be on the schedule with Precision Garage Doors. Dakota was very helpful, and the overall price seems reasonable.

As my request was made around 12:30 pm, I was delighted to hear my appointment was scheduled between 3:30 and 6:00 pm. I was very pleased with the install of two garage door openers. Dakota came out to make a estimate/quote for installing 2 garage door openers, he gave me 3 options and explained it all to me very well. After I decided on an option he gave me a estimate and also installed the openers at the same time, he had everything he needed on his truck in stock. Dakota did a great job, exceeded my expiations, he was very detailed and the install looks very nice. He was very professional and polite. Dakota Hutchinson arrived on time. The initial need was for a remote control no longer functioning. It was decided that it needed to be replaced. He then did an overall inspection of the garage door and discussed recommended maintenance to assure continued safe and effective operation. He was both friendly and professional, making sure that my wife and I fully understood the recommended fixes. He was very efficient and competent. We were extremely pleased both with the whole experience and the smooth functioning of the completed maintenance.

Dakota was very professional and polite. He answered my questions and gave me 3 levels of repair options ranging from approx. $400 - $700. After I paid for the work, I raised the garage door that was repaired and commented that it was still noisier than the other door. Dakota then got his ladder back down and tightened the chain, which made it much quieter. He's a good guy!

I had an issue that was caused by the installation job from before I bought my house. Precision was quick reply and was able to get someone out the next morning. Dakota did a great job of looking over the entire installation and correcting the core issue to ensure that I didn't have the same problem in the future. He looked over all the parts and pinpointed some areas that could be problems in the future as well to correct them. He was very knowledgable and personable. 10/2/20. We used your company several years ago, and was very please to get Same Day service today with Dakota. He arrived timely adhering to COVID 19 guidelines, and wearing his mask. He was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable, assuring the the opening & closing lock on garage was OK. He closely inspected , and lubricated doors with used your silicone lubricant. He also recommended using a SILICONE lubricant about every 6 month for smoother opening & closing. Very pleased with Dakotas service, and your company. You remain professional, and seem to be keeping up with technology. I greatly appreciate photos of your technicians, and your very pleasant and helpful Receptionist .
