The service rep (Dacota) was very knowledgeable about the issue and identified how to fix the problem. He executed the service in a reasonable time and the price was reasonable. He was diligent respectful and very personal. He performed the service while wearing his mask. He was Very polite. I will recommend your company to my neighbors. He is an asset to your company.

Three years ago one of our garage door openers "broke" and we contacted several companies. Precision was able to respond quickest, so we chose them. The technician did an excellent job. Recently we had an issue with the other door, so there was no hesitation in contacting Precision. Once again, very professional and quick service. Very satisfied!

Dakota quickly diagnosed the problem with my 20 yr old garage opener and offered options. I decided it was time to replace unit and outside keypad. He did a professional installation and door opens and closes smoothly. I hope the Precision opener lasts as long as the previous one. Satisfied customer. Thank you for prompt service.
