What a wonderful experience came out of a bad encounter. Two weeks prior to calling Precision Garage Door, I had the misfortune of working with another garage door company. Without going into particular details, their fix made my door worse. But thanks to Craig T, I got a garage door I'm happy with, I got an education in garage doors and I got my faith back in that are still a few honest, competent and good service providing people left in the world.

One of the springs on my garage door broke late Sunday evening. I telephoned Precision at 7A.M. on Monday. I was given a time to expect a technician to arrive between 1 P. M. and 5 P.M. that same day. Precision also sent me an e-mail to confirm the appointment. That e-mail not only told me the name of the technician but also included his picture. He telephoned me a little before 1 P.M. to say he was on his way. He explained what needed to be replaced and work was completed within a hour. I am completely satisfied with the service and will certainly use this company if needed in the future.

As always, Precision Door serviced my door the same day I called. Needed a new rubber strip on the bottom of door for a tight seal for weather and to keep vermin out. The service of booking was great. Professional, willing to work w my flexible schedule. Also liked the email to educate that they were professional (uniform, truck, name badge) to avoid scams. Servicemen were polite, helpful, and got the job done timely. I was concerned about the price. 11 years ago we got a new electric garage system from them for $530. This was extension spring, cables, and pulleys (almost a new set) but cost $860. Would like a 5 year warranty instead of 1 year given to me for that much money - service people said these products were superior quality.

Garage door opener repair and replacement. Ive seen your TV ads and trucks in Annapolis area. The technician Greg or Craig? was very polite and called in advance of arrival. Yes the uniform is a nice touch and a clean truck and overall appearance also nice. Service was performed within 90 minutes and I appreciated that all the parts were on the truck as advertised. He was knowledgable and did not push me into extra things. I will be back for the other door opener when it is necessary. Thank you!
