Mike C. did a quick and efficient job in adjusting the roller support rails as well as installing 2 longer, and more appropriate, end rollers. Percision was refered to me by Home Advisors, and on a scale of 1-5 stars I give you guys a (2). Your service tech Alan was VERY rude and came in with an attitude. He said that he had a lot of calls to get too and did not have time to explain things over and over to me. I told him that I would pay for this service call, and let him get going to his next service call.

I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday afternoon. The tech came close to 4, tried to sell us two springs instead of 1 and then said he didn't have the equipment to fix garage and could return Monday. My husband took off work on Friday, so he lost time at work, and we didn't have a working garage all weekend. Monday, the tech, Alan arrived also close to 4 and fixed the garage. He too offered 2 springs instead of one. He sympathized with me that Brian should have fixed it on Friday but didn't offer me any discount. I called the company main phone and got the $49 fee waived myself. The entire cost was $433 ($269 for the spring alone). I believe it was too high of a price to replace the spring and had we not already lost three days, we would have found someone else. I'm not pleased with the cost or initial service from this company.

Garage door spring broke last night and precision doors was able to come out and fix it today. The technician, Barry C. Was extremely courteous and quite knowledgeable. He readily explained every aspect of the problem and the job to me. He was efficient on the job and got it done within an hour. Barry really is a keeper - he even swept out the garage - pleasant surprise!! Here is the negative however; the price was really high - bottom line, serious mark up on parts. The only reason for 4 stars. Doing the work yourself can be dangerous, so ou pay the price. Despite that, I would call them again.

Came home from vacation on a weekend and found garage door wouldnâ??t open. I called the company I usually use. Their recording said they were closed and I could leave a message and probably get on Monday's schedule. Had to get the car out before Monday so I checked Angie's list and found Precision highly rated with 24/7 service. Customer Service was very helpful and sent Barry out that afternoon. He immediately found and fixed the problem. It was a low cost simple fix without weekend premium charges. Barry even showed me how to prevent the problem in the future and how to resolve some other issues I had with one of the doors that sticks in hot weather. Great service and people. I would definitely use them again.

When our garage door suddenly wouldn't open it was a big deal for us. I'm recovering from knee replacement surgery and the front steps were to high for me to go up and down with out assistance. I called Precision, which was the company that we bought the doors from seven years ago. Alan arrived bright and early the next morning and replaced our broken springs in about a half hour. It was wonderful to once again get in and out of my home without assistance. Thank you Precision and Alan!!!

I chose to repair the existing garage door opener. When he had removed the part that was causing the problem, he showed it to me and explained how the defect in the part was causing the symptoms I was seeing.
