Barry, the service tech who was dispatched to our home went above and beyond to service our garage door. The initial visit was to perform maintenance and replace the door rollers. Excellent Service provided. This was an emergency situation. Precision was the only company I called. I was concerns with the cost of repairing the door and worried the technican may not be qualified. Well, the technican Barry put my concerns to rest. He was delayed because he was overbooked, which I understood. Since he was delayed, I received updates of his expected arrival time. Upon his arrival, he promply explained the work required to repair the door. I was impressed with his professionlism. He was honest and provided the best approach to resolve the issue. I don't know if I was overcharge because I walked away a happy customer. Importanlty, I will continue to use this company if their service is required.
Barry always takes the time to make sure our customers understand what is needed and the best approach to fixing their doors.

Thanks! Very pleased with the work JR did, and we love the new door. Only reason I marked fair for promptness-we had a 10 am appointment. I called at 10:45-was told it would be be 20 minutes. He showed up at 11:30.
