The Technician, Eric was on time and very professional. He offered options for my garage door repair, I'm glad I went with their rollers, they absorb the sound really well; it was so extremely loud before. Get the rollers, you're going to be glad you did. Called and was able to get a next day appointment to fix our garage door. Eric Bartow called within 30 minutes of arriving. He was polite and professional. We had new springs placed on our garage door almost five years ago. Eric confirmed that the springs were covered under our warranty. Very pleased with the work performed.

To begin with, we were pleasantly surprised that your technician could come the next day. He was on time, and left a phone message when he was on the way. He wore a mask, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and was friendly/polite. We used your services some years ago for a more extensive problem, and were completely satisfied then, as well. We will not hesitate to recommend Precision to friends.

I had an issue that was caused by the installation job from before I bought my house. Precision was quick reply and was able to get someone out the next morning. Dakota did a great job of looking over the entire installation and correcting the core issue to ensure that I didn't have the same problem in the future. He looked over all the parts and pinpointed some areas that could be problems in the future as well to correct them. He was very knowledgable and personable. Without a doubt, I will be calling Precision in the future for any garage door issues.

Outstanding customer service and professionalism delivered today by Sherman. I have used Precision a few times in the 16 years I have been in this home. While I have always had good experiences, Sherman has been by far, the best technician I have encountered. I needed to reinforce a broken panel. Sherman put a temporary brace in place to keep the door from buckling. However, I also opted to replace the door as a better long term option. Sherman showed me samples and answered all of my questions. Great technician and extremely pleasant customer experience.

First time using Precision Door Service and am very happy with my decision. Sherman, my tech, arrived on time, clearly knew what he was doing and did an excellent job! He tolerated my many questions, was very pleasant and so knowledgable. The replacement springs work great - door operation hasn't been this smooth in a long time! I will have to remember him for next time and would highly recommend him. I am very happy with the work done. Also, I appreciate the advance information on who would be coming - no surprises is good in this case.

I've used a few contractors for different services being a homeowner. I also don't normally leave reviews, but I have to say my experience with precision doors was absolutely terrible. I had some work done to my garage door last year that included the cables, springs, and other parts. I used the garage door regularly everyday and initially was satisfied with the work. Last month, the cable snapped when I pulled into the garage. Luckily, the cable was under warranty since it was done by precision doors. The tech (Jake) came out and replaced the door under warranty. Here is wear that terrible customer service starts...the tech gets ready to leave with my garage door not closing. The tech has the nerve to say that the garage door never worked (even though I literally got his advice on how to manually open the garage door to get my car out). To further insult my intelligence, the tech states the work was shoddy and precision would never do it, insinuating that I got someone else to replace the garage door parts. It was the dumbest thing I heard, why would I pay 600+ dollars to replace parts that are already under warranty? It would be like me buying a new Toyota and having Jiffy Lube replace my engine and pay more out of pocket. To top things off, I want to get a tech to make sure my garage door is functioning properly since it's now making a loud noise. I was promised a senior tech, instead they wanted to again send Jake out. I would not recommend precision doors, I still was not able to get my issue resolved.

I had two garage doors installed June 2020. LOVE THEM! James Queen was the technician that gave me my estimate and Olaniyi I and his assistant (don’t know his name) installed the doors. These guys do good work at a fair value. Their Techs are good and professional. Their installed products seem to last (I had the garage open they installed work for 18 years till it died on me). I also like that they honor the warranties they have obn their springs.....This is the reason I had stayed with them for the last 18 years...

You were referred by my daughter (K.Carey) who’d contracted your garage door installation service approx 4 yrs ago at her Laurel, Md residence. I reviewed you website, read the reviews and checked your consumer business rating..very impressive. I scheduled the estimator’s appointment and within 2 days James was here, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable. I was prepared with a list of questions and he answered all before I could ask. James conquered my apprehension and was on point regarding materials, mechanics and variables of doors iand openers, etc. He sealed the deal. I received the estimate ate within minutes and have already forwarded to my HOA as required. I’m looking forward to the completion of this project and am hopeful your installer continues with impressionable results as well.
