I moved into my home 4 years ago. The motor on my old chain driven LiftMaster unit finally gave out. I saw the Precision Garage Door sticker on my garage wall, so obviously the previous owner used them. Instead of searching on Google and Yelp, I decided to roll the dice and give them a call. Actually, I did check their reviews on Google beforehand and was highly impressed. I called and the receptionist was able to get me scheduled the same day! The service technician Sherman called to give me a heads up he was on the way and arrived exactly at top of my appointment window. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and non pushy way of recommending me the best options. Instead of getting my old opener repaired, he installed a brand new unit at a fair price that functions soooo much better. I am thrilled with my experience, and Sherman represents this company to the highest quality of expertise and customer service! He is an asset to this company. I will be a repeat future customer and definitely recommend .

Called and was able to get a next day appointment to fix our garage door. Eric Bartow called within 30 minutes of arriving. He was polite and professional. I had an issue that was caused by the installation job from before I bought my house. Precision was quick reply and was able to get someone out the next morning. Dakota did a great job of looking over the entire installation and correcting the core issue to ensure that I didn't have the same problem in the future. He looked over all the parts and pinpointed some areas that could be problems in the future as well to correct them. He was very knowledgable and personable. Without a doubt, I will be calling Precision in the future for any garage door issues.

Outstanding customer service and professionalism delivered today by Sherman. I have used Precision a few times in the 16 years I have been in this home. While I have always had good experiences, Sherman has been by far, the best technician I have encountered. I needed to reinforce a broken panel. Sherman put a temporary brace in place to keep the door from buckling. However, I also opted to replace the door as a better long term option. Sherman showed me samples and answered all of my questions. Great technician and extremely pleasant customer experience.

I've used a few contractors for different services being a homeowner. I also don't normally leave reviews, but I have to say my experience with precision doors was absolutely terrible. I had some work done to my garage door last year that included the cables, springs, and other parts. I used the garage door regularly everyday and initially was satisfied with the work. Last month, the cable snapped when I pulled into the garage. Luckily, the cable was under warranty since it was done by precision doors. The tech (Jake) came out and replaced the door under warranty. Here is wear that terrible customer service starts...the tech gets ready to leave with my garage door not closing. The tech has the nerve to say that the garage door never worked (even though I literally got his advice on how to manually open the garage door to get my car out). To further insult my intelligence, the tech states the work was shoddy and precision would never do it, insinuating that I got someone else to replace the garage door parts. It was the dumbest thing I heard, why would I pay 600+ dollars to replace parts that are already under warranty? It would be like me buying a new Toyota and having Jiffy Lube replace my engine and pay more out of pocket. To top things off, I want to get a tech to make sure my garage door is functioning properly since it's now making a loud noise. I was promised a senior tech, instead they wanted to again send Jake out. I would not recommend precision doors, I still was not able to get my issue resolved.
