A TOTAL SCAM! They sent a technician out to quote me a price and after a brief review quoted us a price of over $800 to replace two springs. We immediately called another local company and repaired our garage door and replaced the springs for under $300. I would never use or recommend Precision to any of my family or friends! #Beware

I contacted 2 companies for estimates to replace my 20yr old garage door. Precision was not only the lowest, their estimate and service was superior. Our 3-layer insulated door was installed last week by Wes, who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We're extremely happy with this decision. The door looks great, is very quiet and it cost significantly less than we expected to pay. As a bonus, we could instantly feel that the garage is significantly warmer than it used to be. I chose Precision because of the excellent job you did in installing a new garage door I purchased in 2015. Also, I appreciate Precision providing a bio of the technician providing the service and the prompt response to my service call. My technician today was Sherman C-Stepney. He called and arrived within the time frame that I was given. He was pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem and recommended the most practical solution with which I agreed. Sherman, your garage door repair representative, called me this morning for the repair of the broken spring on my garage door. He stated he would be at my residence in 20 minutes & he was there before! He gets much more than 5 stars - 20, if I could give it to him. Sherman was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I showed him where the spring had broken on my garage door and he advised that I should replace both springs for continuity of the operation of the door. I absolutely agreed. He walked through the steps he was going to take, how I needed to maintain the garage door for longevity , including oiling the springs and joints on the door. He was very thorough and I greatly appreciated that. Sherman is an asset to your company - he was respectful, prompt, courteous, friendly & informative. I will continue to use Precision if I have problems in the future and will refer to family & friends. Will definitely refer Sherman as an exceptional representative. Kudos to Precision for incredible staff!

Wow!! Normally, I dont share comments about my experiences, but this time is different. This technician arrived on time, as promised. I was briefed on the source of the problem, proper maintenance of my garage door, and how I can prevent problems in the future. I knew nothing about my garage door except how to open and close it, electronically. Sherman explained everything, BEFORE, we discussed cost.
