Sherman was our repairman today to fix springs that broke on our garage door. He was excellent! He called while he was on his way to our house and arrived at early part of 8 - 10:30am window given for the job. He arrived at 8:15am! He explained everything in detail and did tremendous job.

Rick and his apprentice Lane from Precision Door did a great job! I am very meticulous about work being done on my house and I expect a lot. I guess that’s what 22 years of military does to you. Purchased a complete garage door install in 2014. Today the torsion spring broke but unfortunately was out of warranty by only 2 months. The manager Mike offered that I pay for the parts to replace and waived the labor costs. He also gave me a lifetime warranty on the new springs. The torsion springs are very expensive however checked with other door companies that were much less in replacement costs. I choose to have precision do the repair despite the high cost because their torsion springs are a higher quality and are powder coated. The tech. Sherman was very courteous and professional and checked out the entire door after the new spring install.

I initially contacted Precision to determine if a broken gear sprocket on top of our original garage door opener motor could be repaired. Not only did Sherman S. make quick work of the repair estimate he also provided a Good, Better, and Best estimate before any work was started. I ultimately went for the "Best" option and had a brand new LiftMaster 8500W installed with a battery back-up and WiFi the very next day! Sherman knows his craft inside and out by making unsolicited recommendations on the maintenance of our door and showing me how to operate the new equipment. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge of the 8500W and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be telling everyone I know about the experience and the OUTSTANDING! service that Sherman provided. New garage door and motor were installed in 2017. Water was coming in the garage on one side so I called and requested that a technician look at it. Derrick called my house to inform me he was on the way; however, I was on another call and didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. He called the cell and I didn't answer so he sent a text message. I truly appreciate that he was persistent. He replaced the rubber and I am hopeful that will resolve the problem. If not, Derrick requested that I please call and let him know. Excellent customer service.
