Purchased a complete garage door install in 2014. Today the torsion spring broke but unfortunately was out of warranty by only 2 months. The manager Mike offered that I pay for the parts to replace and waived the labor costs. He also gave me a lifetime warranty on the new springs. The torsion springs are very expensive however checked with other door companies that were much less in replacement costs. I choose to have precision do the repair despite the high cost because their torsion springs are a higher quality and are powder coated. The tech. Sherman was very courteous and professional and checked out the entire door after the new spring install.

I initially contacted Precision to determine if a broken gear sprocket on top of our original garage door opener motor could be repaired. Not only did Sherman S. make quick work of the repair estimate he also provided a Good, Better, and Best estimate before any work was started. I ultimately went for the "Best" option and had a brand new LiftMaster 8500W installed with a battery back-up and WiFi the very next day! Sherman knows his craft inside and out by making unsolicited recommendations on the maintenance of our door and showing me how to operate the new equipment. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge of the 8500W and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be telling everyone I know about the experience and the OUTSTANDING! service that Sherman provided. New garage door and motor were installed in 2017. Water was coming in the garage on one side so I called and requested that a technician look at it. Derrick called my house to inform me he was on the way; however, I was on another call and didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. He called the cell and I didn't answer so he sent a text message. I truly appreciate that he was persistent. He replaced the rubber and I am hopeful that will resolve the problem. If not, Derrick requested that I please call and let him know. Excellent customer service.

A TOTAL SCAM! They sent a technician out to quote me a price and after a brief review quoted us a price of over $800 to replace two springs. We immediately called another local company and repaired our garage door and replaced the springs for under $300. I would never use or recommend Precision to any of my family or friends! #Beware

Our 3-layer insulated door was installed last week by Wes, who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We're extremely happy with this decision. The door looks great, is very quiet and it cost significantly less than we expected to pay. As a bonus, we could instantly feel that the garage is significantly warmer than it used to be.
