This was my second satisfactory experience with Precision. They initially installed my doors and openers. One door had developed an opening problem. I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised by receiving a same day appointment. Sherman S. was my repairman. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was causing the issue and how to correct it. Sherman was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He is a true asset to this company.

Excellent company to do business with. Technician Dakota was very professional and clearly explained my options. The repair was done in a timely manner as quoted. The job was well done for what I considered a fair price. This was not my first time doing business with this company. They seem to be able to maintain a high standard of service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great Company with Great Service! Called yesterday and got an appointment for the next day. Sherman arrived within the given appointment window with a call ahead to ensure we were home. He quickly analyzed the problem and provided three reasonable quotes. Sherman was prepared to repair on the spot and even repaired an unrelated call issue with not questions asked. Company provides warranty on their work (great bonus). I highly recommend and will call back for all future garage needs!! And yes they are COVID-19 compliant!!
