On 10 September Mr. Sherman Stepney was the technician who arrived to service my garage doors and openers which had been installed by Precision. Prior to his arrival he contacted me to take inform me that he was enroute and provided an estimated time of arrival. As promised he arrived within the time provided and promptly serviced my door. After analyzing the issue hr made the needed adjustments and then provided me with a thorough description of the work he had performed. Additionally he explained that I needed to lubricate the hinges quarterly and told me what type of lubricant I should purchase. Throughout his visit he remained masked and bob served recommended COVID 19 social distancing. Lastly he informed me that he had contacted the office and informed them that the work was performed under warranty vice just as a repeat customer as was indicated. I was extremely happy with the Mr Stepney. He was courteous, thorough and extremely profession. I will definitely use Precision again because of the quality customer service and the professionalism exhibited by Mr. Stepney

I chose Precision Door Service based on the personal referral of a trusted IT. The technician, Eric Bartow, replaced the spring and cable of my garage door. The bearing also needed to be balanced. The quality of the work was excellent. The repair price was fair. The work was meticulous, professional and completed in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgable and readily and accurately assessed the issue, and had the materials on-hand to complete the repair during the initial consultation. The work is guaranteed for a year. The invoicing, payment processing and email confirmation transactions were quick, convenient, detailed and professional. I was contacted by the technician at the very beginning of the appointment window and given a more specific estimated time of arrival. The technician was punctual and made it easy for me to plan my work schedule around the appointment. I am super impressed with the quality of service and will not hesitate to contact Precision in the future. Outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Sherman S was very professional and knowledgeable about my needs. He took time out to explain what the problem was and proceeded to give me advice on the service i needed to correct it. My garage door stopped working and the first company I called was a no-show. So I called Precision Garage Door the next morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Can I just state the work done on my garage has been nothing short of excellent!! Eric was my technician. He did an superb job installing a new garage opener with a camera(added plus). I also purchased a keypad and two new remotes. The price was reasonable. Eric was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and showed me how to work everything. Eric you are a ROCKSTAR!! I can't thank you enough. Precision Garage Door I will use you for ALL of my Garage Door needs in the future. if you are looking for excellent work don't look any further this company is STELLAR!!

Three days ago a storm came through with tremendous lightning and thunder after which the garage door would operate. Today two very polite technicians from Precision came to my home to assess the condition of the garage door opener. Sort of as an aside, they were on time but I had forgotten to turn the lawn sprinkler off, so they had to navigate through the water to get to my front door to ring the doorbell. Anyway, they spent a good deal of time trying to find the problem. At one point as I was just about to sign for a new controller, it appeared that they had found the problem. But then the controller started smoking and we realized it was fried so I purchased the PDS800. I was amazed at how quiet the door was during operations. They did an excellent job. Even after they had left, I had a couple of questions. So I called the office and receive a return call from one of the technicians who explained very clearly the answers to my questions. The cost did seem a little pricey. However, I'd definitely use them again.

I have used Precision twice in past two years to repair garage door. Each time the appointment was easy to schedule by phone within 24 hours, and the service was excellent. Most recent technician was Sherman, who quickly assessed the problem, calculated the cost for my approval before beginning the work, and completed the repair within an hour. He also provided me a discount because he arrived at my home behind schedule. In my experience there are some garage repair companies that are less expensive, but I believe Precision is worth the slightly extra cost because they are so professional, competent, and easy to deal with. After each appointment I had confidence the repair was done well.
