My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Today I received wonderful service from the tech from Precision service. His name is Brent, he was courteous, and kind and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issue with the garage and even gave me a tutorial on how to open the garage door if I ever need to do it manually. He repaired the problem in a timely manner. I am a happy customer. I also really appreciate the online platform for making appointments. Kudos to Precision Garage for having that and making it easy for people to get the help they need. I also like the communication done to let me know when the tech was arriving.

Precision installed my garage door openers in 2022. When one of them stopped working I called for service. The technician arrived timely and was both knowledgeable and professional. He began to troubleshoot and soon identified the problem. While he worked we talked a bit, and he was pleasant and very respectful. It did not take him long to complete the repair. And the service was excellent. Thank you.
