First I am pleased with Precision for the ease in scheduling an appointment. I came home on Tuesday night and my garage door wouldn’t go up. I went online and Precision popped up. I was able to chat online and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Craig Taylor was the technician that came. He called to let me know that he was on his way, with a time frame. He showed up before the time that he stated, which was great. I had a feeling that I needed a new opener, which was confirmed by Craig. Craig was very polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure communicating with him. Further, I like it when service providers know what they are doing, that is Craig. After completion, he instructed me on how to use the remote and wall unit. Overall, I am extremely pleased; my garage door isn’t as noisy as it was before.

I am a return and satisfied customer who has used Precision Garage services twice for repairs. Taylor the technician who made the repairs was courteous and attentive to my needs. Not only was Taylor very polite he has a lot of knowledge of what he is doing and was able to answer all the questions I had before he started the job. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage for repairs and/or if a customer needs to get a new garage door this is the company you want to use.
