What I can say.A1 Service. Dakota is a excellent worker. He explained ever step for this project and his recommendation of what was needed to get my garage to work. All the inner workings of the garage where even broker or worn. The door closes so quietly I could not hear it inside my car.In fact it works better the initially installed. I would refer this company to others.

Technician Bobby K. came out to perform a Tune Up repair to my manual garage door as it was in dire need of optimal service. Bobby was prompt and provided professional consultation to the service that was needed. I intend to use Bobby every year for my garage door preventive maintenance service.

My garage door failed to open. Therefore, I look for a garage door company via a Google search. I am so thankful to have found Precision Door Company. My tech was Bobby. First, I was impressed with his professionalism. Next, I was super impressed with his honest assessment of my problem. He did not try to upsell me and talk me into buying a new garage door or anything else. He identified the problems and offered three solutions. Consequently, Bobby and Precision earned my trust. At first, I did not have all the funds need for the job. He made a call, and they set up an interest free 90-day payment plan. Two hours later, he completed the job and verified everything was in proper order. While doing the installation, he discovered another small problem. However, because he did not discover it during the inspection, he fixed it at no addition charge. How many companies do you know would do that? I am a Precision Garage Door customer for life. Also, I encourage you to give them a try.

My garage door was malfunctioning and I googled companies. I came across Precision and read tons of reviews that were extremely helpful. I contacted the location closest to my area. They offered to have someone come out the same day but I had someone by the name of Chris B come out on Saturday. Similar to all the other reviews, he came out, ask me what we’re my concern we’re, advised he was going to do a quick inspection and then offer three different quotes. I liked having different option/quotes to weigh in decision. After discussing, I agreed on one of the quotes and the technicians got straight to work. Provided a print out and went over the work and tested garage doors. Chris B was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

First I am pleased with Precision for the ease in scheduling an appointment. I came home on Tuesday night and my garage door wouldn’t go up. I went online and Precision popped up. I was able to chat online and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Craig Taylor was the technician that came. He called to let me know that he was on his way, with a time frame. He showed up before the time that he stated, which was great. I had a feeling that I needed a new opener, which was confirmed by Craig. Craig was very polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure communicating with him. Further, I like it when service providers know what they are doing, that is Craig. After completion, he instructed me on how to use the remote and wall unit. Overall, I am extremely pleased; my garage door isn’t as noisy as it was before.
