I called Precision Garage Door this morning to see when a technician would be available to come to my home to fix my garage door. I was scheduled to have a technician come to my home that same morning between 8 and 12. About 45 minutes after my initial call, I received a call from the technician Nick. Nick arrived at my home on time, and he was very professional and courteous. I showed Nick the issue that I was having with my garage door. Nick took the time to not only asses my immediate situation; but, he also just did an overall assessment of the garage door and all of the operations just to confirm that there were no other issues. After Nick completed his assessment, he presented me with all my options. I selected to just repair the garage door for now. Nick proceeded to do the repair work. Once he completed the work, he showed me everything that he did. He also confirmed that the garage door was still balanced, and that everything else with the door was in proper working order. I also appreciate Nick taking the time to answer all of my questions in great detail, his professionalism, his patience, and his courtesy. Thank you again Nick for fixing my issue, and keep up the good work. When I have a garage door issue, I know who I'm calling. Do you? LOL!!

Chris was very knowledgeable about what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. Chris explained to me step by step what he was doing. Chris was very pleasant to talk to. After he finished he tested the remotes,the keypad, and the garage door three times to make sure everything was working then he had me to try it a few times and ofcourse it was working just fine. He asked if there was anything else I needed and I said that you did everything I asked for. I called Precision Garage Door Service on August 22, 2022 because my garage door was opening and closing in a manner that made me feel as though it was no longer safe to operate. I was given an appointment the very next day with Bobby. Bobby was very knowledgeable and able to assess multiple serious installation issues within seconds. The garage door was installed over two years ago with major items missing, 18" galvanized steel Orb Operation Hook Up Bracket; 9' Torsion Tube; and Stainless Steel Safety Cables. Bobby showed me where these items belonged and explained their purpose. If any of these had failed very serious injury, death, or property damage would have been the result. Bobby used his tablet to price all the items that were needed to correct the issues and to give me the full price with senior discount and taxes and fixed it right then. I was so impressed, I thought I was going to have to schedule another appointment to have the work done. I found Precision Garage Door on the Internet and chose them because they had a location in my area and a well written ad with great information. I'm glad that I called. Great Job Bobby!

My garage door failed to open. Therefore, I look for a garage door company via a Google search. I am so thankful to have found Precision Door Company. My tech was Bobby. First, I was impressed with his professionalism. Next, I was super impressed with his honest assessment of my problem. He did not try to upsell me and talk me into buying a new garage door or anything else. He identified the problems and offered three solutions. Consequently, Bobby and Precision earned my trust. At first, I did not have all the funds need for the job. He made a call, and they set up an interest free 90-day payment plan. Two hours later, he completed the job and verified everything was in proper order. While doing the installation, he discovered another small problem. However, because he did not discover it during the inspection, he fixed it at no addition charge. How many companies do you know would do that? I am a Precision Garage Door customer for life. Also, I encourage you to give them a try.
