I chose Precision because they had great ratings and reviews. I contacted another garage door service company yesterday and they never got back to me and so I decided to try Precision. I used the online chat and was able to get a same day appointment. My Precision technician today was Tyler. Before he arrived I received a text with his name and picture from the company. He was friendly and polite. He gave his recommendations and three different options for repairs. I would recommend Precision.

Let’s start with your website, very easy to navigate and very motivating. I got an appointment for the exact day and time that worked for me. The day of my appointment I got a text and an email introducing my technician and telling a little bit about himself. The picture was a nice touch. It let me know the person that showed up was who he said he was. We looked at the door together and talked through the problem. Austin was professional,knowledgeable ,friendly and got the job done well in a reasonable time frame.

My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Austin provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

Christopher Brown was our technician. He was awesome! Arrived on time, checked in before arrival, and performed as excellent repair. I accidentally ran into my dad’s garage and I was panicking. I called Precision and got an appointment immediately. The techs came out and gave me three options for repair. They were patient and detailed in their explanations. The repairs were completed fast and efficient. I will absolutely use them again if another garage repair is needed!

Today I received wonderful service from the tech from Precision service. His name is Brent, he was courteous, and kind and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issue with the garage and even gave me a tutorial on how to open the garage door if I ever need to do it manually. He repaired the problem in a timely manner. I am a happy customer. I also really appreciate the online platform for making appointments. Kudos to Precision Garage for having that and making it easy for people to get the help they need. I also like the communication done to let me know when the tech was arriving.
