Brent Evans was my service technician. I informed him of my concerns about the noise my garage door opener was making. He checked it out and determined by the age of the garage door opener (23 years old) the way to eliminate the noise was to replace it with a newer model. He suggested the Liftmaster Model 84505R w/Wi-Fi and Camera. He informed me of the total cost and the length of time for the installation. He even assisted me in setting up the app on my phone. Mr. Evans was prompt, professional and very informative. I was very pleased with the garage door opener installation.

I recently had a garage door opener installed by Precision Garage Door Service and I'm very satisfied with the overall experience. The technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the process. As it turned out, my 20-year-old door opener had had it's best days. The installation of a new door opener was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain how the system works and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. They even programmed my car to the new door opener. The opener itself operates quietly and smoothly, which is a huge improvement over my previous system and has many bells and whistles relative to today's technology. I also appreciated how clean they left the work area. If you're considering having a garage door opener repaired or installed, I'd highly recommend Precision for their reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

Amazing service. Our garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon and our technician, Chris B., was available on a Sunday morning — extremely quick response and professional technician. Not only did Chris come 30 mins before the set appointment window, he was very personable, patiently took the time to answer my questions, provided an inspection of the entire garage door area to assess any damages I did not catch and provided an educative breakdown of each component that needed fixing. I appreciate his time and expertise. Chris was early, patient, personable and an expert in his craft. Highly recommend requesting Chris if you’re in the area.

The Best!!! Unfortunately, this was not my 1st choice for garage door repair but should have been. Now I know, better! The technician, Brent, has to be the best service technician ever!!! He explained everything that was wrong, what he could do to repair them, gave me options to choose which I wanted and informed me how long it would take to repair. His disposition, personality and professionalism, is an asset to Precision. If ever I have another issue with my garage door, I am going to personally ask for Brent. Superb Job!!! Just one minor glitch: no receipt, is it possible to email me a receipt for services rendered?

I chose Precision because they had great ratings and reviews. I contacted another garage door service company yesterday and they never got back to me and so I decided to try Precision. I used the online chat and was able to get a same day appointment. My Precision technician today was Tyler. Before he arrived I received a text with his name and picture from the company. He was friendly and polite. He gave his recommendations and three different options for repairs. I would recommend Precision.

Let’s start with your website, very easy to navigate and very motivating. I got an appointment for the exact day and time that worked for me. The day of my appointment I got a text and an email introducing my technician and telling a little bit about himself. The picture was a nice touch. It let me know the person that showed up was who he said he was. We looked at the door together and talked through the problem. Austin was professional, knowledgeable ,friendly and got the job done well in a reasonable time frame.
