Amazing service. Our garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon and our technician, Chris B., was available on a Sunday morning — extremely quick response and professional technician. Not only did Chris come 30 mins before the set appointment window, he was very personable, patiently took the time to answer my questions, provided an inspection of the entire garage door area to assess any damages I did not catch and provided an educative breakdown of each component that needed fixing. I appreciate his time and expertise. Chris was early, patient, personable and an expert in his craft. Highly recommend requesting Chris if you’re in the area.

The Best!!! Unfortunately, this was not my 1st choice for garage door repair but should have been. Now I know, better! The technician, Brent, has to be the best service technician ever!!! He explained everything that was wrong, what he could do to repair them, gave me options to choose which I wanted and informed me how long it would take to repair. His disposition, personality and professionalism, is an asset to Precision. If ever I have another issue with my garage door, I am going to personally ask for Brent. Superb Job!!! I used the online chat and was able to get a same day appointment. My Precision technician today was Tyler. Before he arrived I received a text with his name and picture from the company. He was friendly and polite. He gave his recommendations and three different options for repairs. I would recommend Precision.

Let’s start with your website, very easy to navigate and very motivating. I got an appointment for the exact day and time that worked for me. The day of my appointment I got a text and an email introducing my technician and telling a little bit about himself. The picture was a nice touch. It let me know the person that showed up was who he said he was. We looked at the door together and talked through the problem. Austin was professional,knowledgeable ,friendly and got the job done well in a reasonable time frame.

My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Austin provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

I accidentally ran into my dad’s garage and I was panicking. I called Precision and got an appointment immediately. The techs came out and gave me three options for repair.
