Kevin came to advise us on fixing our garage door opener - He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained our options and we ended up installing a new motor. My husband commented to me tonight over dinner how impressed he was with Kevin and his expertise. We were very pleased!

My technician, Keith, was a true professional who explained everything that was wrong in total detail, followed by my options for repairs. The entire process took less than an hour, and he provided troubleshooting on the door not opening during sunny days. A terrific, hassle-free experience from beginning to end.

Keith from Precision Door did a great job. They replaced a spring without cost because they knew (I did not) the item was still under warranty. Thanks!

I chose you because of many reasons!! Your website, customer reviews, and wanted to choose a company other than the one that has been here before! I started looking and received a "can I help you" message and away I went! Keith was so nice to work with and he saw my problem right away. He repaired the door, lubed the noisy door and assured me he would be here for me if I needed any garage door service in the future. You, Precision Garage Door Service, Inc., are my new "go to" company for any future problems!! Thank you so much. A single, retired, disabled woman needs to have people she can rely on and feel confident about. You may share my comments as you wish! Thank you!!

The service from beginning to end was a 10+. All communication was professional, prompt, and competent. The door installer was Wes who did a superlative job. He called to inform me of his arrival time. Upon arrival he explained the process, how long the install would take, and answered questions about the door itself. He kept me updated as he was working and on his progress. He was not at all intrusive, was efficient, and mannerly. He installed a large door alone in about 3 hours, cleaned up when he finished, and answered any final questions I had. All in all, a excellent job. He should be commended as an excellent representative for the company. I would request him again if I had a problem with the door. Kudos to all involved.

Kieth was most professional and courteous. He analyzed the problem with loopsided garage door that had stopped 3/4 of the way down a few hours earlier. Keith did was necessary to get the door safely up so that I could drive my car out safely. When I called Precision they promptly scheduled me for an appointment the same day within hours of my call. Five stars each for Keith and Precision. I will refer you to my friends.

The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. One differentiator is the on-line customer service chat...I was able to ask questions and schedule an appointment after normal business hours...very helpful. The response and scheduling was immediate, no waiting for several days. The Precision technician that replaced my garage door opener was totally professional, timely, knowledgeable, and very friendly...a GREAT experience. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Really happy with service. Barry was terrific. He came on a Sunday, called first, didn't push me to spend more than I needed but gave me an estimate when I asked. Fixed the problem quickly, courteously, and gave me good information about what was wrong and how to solve the problem in the future. I'd definitely use them again!

We got new car that required a remote to link to the garage door, but our remotes were outdated and no longer made. We got a product online but were unable to get it working. Much to our relief, Francisco figured it out.

Thanks to Keith's knowledge, strength and skill, my garage door now works beautifully. If you had a ten-star rating, he would get it. Turns out, the original installation by the company I bought the opener from, was sloppily and incorrectly done causing the strain on the cables and springs to be lopsided. I highly recommend your company to anyone needing prompt, expert service for their garage door. Thank you.

I wholeheartedly endorse and love you all!!! My old garage door broke at 9:30 PM - the spring ricocheted (and luckily no one and nothing was hurt) A neighbor told me to call you - I did and so nice to speak to someone right away - given an appointment for the very next day! The technician was wonderful and called and asked if he could come early - Yay!! Since my garage door is from the 70s- the original to this house- I figured it'll be a replacement of the whole garage door and quite expensive - nope - He assessed and said it was in pretty good shape, he had the replacement parts and safety lines needed and finished the job within the hour!!! I am absolutely wowed by your promptness, expertise and the NOT selling up -would recommend your company to anyone. Thank You Margaret Kelly

Thank you so much for your quick service -- the springs on our door snapped over the weekend and the rep came first thing on Monday morning with replacement parts and got our door working in no time. The rep called 20 minutes before arriving and was quick and efficient.
