Did a google search, saw you had great reviews, called and got a live person on the phone (a biggie with me!!), made an appointment for the next day, you came when you said you would and fixed my problem (2 broken springs) and then came back the next day and replaced the rubber under the garage door which the chipmunks had eaten away. Precision door service was wonderful. I got a same day appointment. The technician who came, Derrick, was fast, clear and totally professional. His assistant, whose name I didn't get was also terrific. Derrick diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in five minutes. They then lubed the whole door and made sure everything worked perfectly. Wow-I couldn't have been more pleased. They went above and beyond and made another small repair to the power source. They were at my house for about 15 minutes. As they were leaving I said: wait, I need to pay you. The repair was so quick (screwing in the arm bracket that had come out of the wall) that they didn't charge me. They just said be sure to call us again if anything goes wrong. I will! Thank you!

Our garage door had been failing for a few months, but it works perfectly now that the springs and center bracket have been replaced. The cost for this service as well as a keypad adjustment and 2 additional remotes was less than expected. Very happy with the service.
