Our wooden garage door spring had broken after more than 50 years of use. Sherman was professional and quickly assessed the problem. He provided us with estimates to (a) replace the spring system or (b) install a new door, railings, springs, etc. We elected to just replace the spring system. Sherman completed the work and we are happy with the results.

Professional and respectful, the tech could do the repair in less than an hour. He explained all the details, gave me options. Great experience!

My technician’s name is Keith. He was extremely professional, explaining what was needed and why. His appearance was very neat and he answered my questions in detail. What I really appreciated was not giving me a hard sale. I thought the price was rather high but he explained a few alternatives for me to consider. In the end it was my choice to have the garage door motor replaced which has resulted in satisfaction so far.

We were very happy with the quality of the work performed on the purchase and installation of our garage door. The technician was courteous and professional, and very efficient, getting everything installed in around 2 hours. The only downside was that the appointment was scheduled for 1pm and he did not arrive to 4pm due to the previous job taking longer than expected.

The service from beginning to end was a 10+. All communication was professional, prompt, and competent. The door installer was Wes who did a superlative job. He called to inform me of his arrival time. Upon arrival he explained the process, how long the install would take, and answered questions about the door itself. He kept me updated as he was working and on his progress. He was not at all intrusive, was efficient, and mannerly. He installed a large door alone in about 3 hours, cleaned up when he finished, and answered any final questions I had. All in all, a excellent job. He should be commended as an excellent representative for the company. I would request him again if I had a problem with the door. Kudos to all involved.
