I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. I was given an appointment quickly and my technician reached out to me personally. Rick was very knowledgeable of the garage equipment and took the initiative to research the answers if he was not. Once Rick identified the right product needed to fix my issue, he came early and resolved the problem quickly. Rick also took the time to show me how to program the new garage remotes. The garage door in our building completely malfunctioned and I had to make an emergency call for a tech at 8:30pm on a Friday in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. The tech showed up early in the 9-11pm window. He was courteous, calm, and very professional. He clearly explained the issue and walked me through the suggested resolution beforehand, as well as thoroughly showing me his work and explaining what he'd done afterwards. Our wooden garage door spring had broken after more than 50 years of use. Sherman was professional and quickly assessed the problem. He provided us with estimates to (a) replace the spring system or (b) install a new door, railings, springs, etc. We elected to just replace the spring system. My technician’s name is Keith. He was extremely professional, explaining what was needed and why. His appearance was very neat and he answered my questions in detail. What I really appreciated was not giving me a hard sale. I thought the price was rather high but he explained a few alternatives for me to consider. In the end it was my choice to have the garage door motor replaced which has resulted in satisfaction so far.

We were very happy with the quality of the work performed on the purchase and installation of our garage door. The technician was courteous and professional, and very efficient, getting everything installed in around 2 hours. The only downside was that the appointment was scheduled for 1pm and he did not arrive to 4pm due to the previous job taking longer than expected.
