We called on a Sunday & someone answered the phone!!!! We were able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Rick came early (he texted & called to see if it was ok). He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He was able to do other work as well that I had no idea we could do -- he programmed our outdoor keypad for both doors. So knowledgeable & polite. We have used this company for many years & the technicians are very competent.

Rick installed our new garage door opener. He called before he got here. Checked out our old opener and determined that after 25 years, it had finally given up. He had two options of openers for us and after we made our selection, he quickly and efficiently installed it. He programmed it and showed me how to work it.

Rick came within the time specified, and he called to tell us he was on the way 20 minutes in advance. He quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it within 30 minutes. He had to get down on the ground and roll or slide under the door to get to the mechanism, which he did cheerfully. He was pleasant to deal with and did an overall great job.

My 16 year old double garage door failed yesterday. I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised to get a cancellation slot the next day. The technicians were Rick and Max, who were courteous and friendly. Rick examined the door assembly, which had multiple defects, and outlined on a tablet three options for repair, with differing costs and guarantee periods. He patiently and clearly explained the alternatives and answered all my questions. There was no hard sell to take the most expensive option. Once I had decided, the pair worked quickly and efficiently during a steamy hot day. They considerately placed covers over the bed of an historic truck I had in the garage, whose battery I had omitted to charge and was unable to move. The work completed was first class, and they cleaned up well afterwards. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending or referring Precision to other customers. Good service pays in the end!

Precision has cared for our garage doors for many years. We rely on you for excellent service, and are not disappointed. When a spring broke on one of the garage doors this morning, Marcus and a colleague arrived quickly after we called. It took them about an hour to change out the springs, wheels and cables on the garage door that was so disabled I could not even open it manually. The door now runs like a Swiss watch. I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. I was given an appointment quickly and my technician reached out to me personally. Precision Doors gives you a bio of your technician so you are aware of the tech who will come to your home. Rick was very knowledgeable of the garage equipment and took the initiative to research the answers if he was not. Once Rick identified the right product needed to fix my issue, he came early and resolved the problem quickly. Rick also took the time to show me how to program the new garage remotes. The garage door in our building completely malfunctioned and I had to make an emergency call for a tech at 8:30pm on a Friday in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. The tech showed up early in the 9-11pm window. He was courteous, calm, and very professional. He clearly explained the issue and walked me through the suggested resolution beforehand, as well as thoroughly showing me his work and explaining what he'd done afterwards. I was very impressed by him and grateful for the quickness of the emergency service.

Had an emergency. My garage door was shut and wouldn’t open. Both cars were stuck inside. Called several repair companies and never got a reply. Finally called Precision and they had a service man at our house within an hour. It was a big job replacing the springs cable and rollers on door that is close to sixty years old. Very satisfied
