The service from beginning to end was a 10+. All communication was professional, prompt, and competent. The door installer was Wes who did a superlative job. He called to inform me of his arrival time. Upon arrival he explained the process, how long the install would take, and answered questions about the door itself. He kept me updated as he was working and on his progress. He was not at all intrusive, was efficient, and mannerly. He installed a large door alone in about 3 hours, cleaned up when he finished, and answered any final questions I had. All in all, a excellent job. He should be commended as an excellent representative for the company. I would request him again if I had a problem with the door. Kudos to all involved.

Kieth was most professional and courteous. He analyzed the problem with loopsided garage door that had stopped 3/4 of the way down a few hours earlier. Keith did was necessary to get the door safely up so that I could drive my car out safely. When I called Precision they promptly scheduled me for an appointment the same day within hours of my call. My remote started working again as if nothing was ever a problem but Keith explained to me what the problem was a gave me a recommendation on replacing my motor. No up selling, just plain honesty. Turns out, the original installation by the company I bought the opener from, was sloppily and incorrectly done causing the strain on the cables and springs to be lopsided. I wholeheartedly endorse and love you all!!! My old garage door broke at 9:30 PM - the spring ricocheted (and luckily no one and nothing was hurt) A neighbor told me to call you - I did and so nice to speak to someone right away - given an appointment for the very next day! The technician was wonderful and called and asked if he could come early - Yay!! Since my garage door is from the 70s- the original to this house- I figured it'll be a replacement of the whole garage door and quite expensive - nope - He assessed and said it was in pretty good shape, he had the replacement parts and safety lines needed and finished the job within the hour!!!
