Truly excellent service. We needed our old garage door opener replaced.Service technician Barry was on time and extremely professional. He answered all my questions and was willing to accomodate me on placement of certain items such as the keypad and laser beams. My one minor complaint is that the company imposes a small service charge for hauling away the old equipment. For the price we are paying, that should be included. while I appreciate that the Company is not in the business of hauling away garbage, it did seem a bit chintzy to me to charge extra for service that is absolutely needed. Aside from that one minor issue, I would heartily recommend this company and technician Barry to anyone at anytime.

Barry and Gary came out the day prior to making the repair and gave a price of $300 to make the repair and service fee. While making the repair, Gary told me I would need to buy a part for $90. I was upset because they had quoted one price an then told me another. I am retired and single and went to the bank and took money out of my IRA account and had the check already made out. Barry was very professional and courteous and agreed to make the repair without the extra charge. Gary was rude and incompetent. So I have mixed review. I will stay with Precision and recommend to my neighbors and friends because of Bary and his willingness to make things right. But if Gary was the technician sent out, I would not purchase the service and would not recommend to friends, family and neighbors. Bary made the difference!

I am so extremely pleased with the service performed by Derrick. The professionalism and technical abilities he demonstrated throughout the entire process (from scheduling to payment) were about the best of any company I have ever worked with. In an era when it seems everyone is out to keep the bottom line high without regard for developing a relationship with the customer and demonstrating commitment and pride for the work performed, working with Precision was like a breath of fresh air. Derrick spent a few moments assessing the issue and set to work repairing the problem. He also cleaned and fine tuned the track. To be honest, the doors have never run so quietly and smoothly as they do now. At the conclusion of doing the work, Derek mentioned a few things I could do to help maintain the doors and indicated the rollers may need to be replaced sometime in the next year or so. I elected to have him replace the rollers now, but did not feel any pressure to do so. It is hard to express just how very pleased I am with the service and the company! I will definitely use them again and would refer anyone to their company without any hesitation. Thank you.

Very happy with new garage door opener. Barry did a Fantastic job. He's great. Friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. About 6 months after install, heard some noise - - thought we might need a possible tune-up. Barry came by to check it out. For some reason we could not replicate the sounds. Barry was at my home for 5 minutes. He was not going to charge me but apparently the bosses wife insisted. Cost me $50 for nothing. Barry was great! But upper management has some customer service issues.

Barry was our technician and was exceptional. I purchased a bid deal for new rollers or a keypad on angies list. He walked through everything he was going to do before he started any work. We discussed possible options and decided on the rollers since the door was squealing a lot. He replaced the rollers, oiled all hinges and moving parts, and even adjusted the motor chain since it was sagging a bit. I will most likely replace this door in the next few months as it does not have safety features that the newer doors have, but this was a great service and definitely quieted the door on opening and closing. And since Angie's List actually takes most of the money from the deal I purchased on there, and Precision does not, this is even more impressive with the quality and level of service provided. Thanks Barry.
