Garry was excellent, on time and very professional. The work appears very good. I was surprised to notice after he left that the springs installed were not the green coated springs that your website touts so highly but rather, they appear to be conventional uncoated steal springs, at $200 each.

Garage door was working prior to repair. Door need a broken spring replaced which they replaced but the opener stopped functioning after the repair. Was told the capictor was bad and then told have to replace complete garage opener. Totally dissatified and wpuld not use this service again. The chains were left hanging in garage.

The opener was installed insecurely. Some of the connections between the drive and the door were not fastened securely. One was only fastened with a bolt, lock washer, and nut when the instructions call for a clevis pin and a round locking pin. This connection came apart after only 10 -20 cycles of the door. Another of the drive connections was correctly connected with a clevis pin, but it was unsecured. There was nothing put through the hole in the pin to secure it. All the pivoting connections between the drive and the door are sloppy and have way too much play in them. The other parts of the installation were accomplished adequately.

It was Mother's Day and the spring on our garage door broke - we couldn't open the garage door. We called Precision and Mike was there in an hour. He replaced the spring and we were good to go. We are so grateful that Precision has emergency service on the weekends. They had given us a 4 hour arrival window which we totally understood because it was a weekend. Needless to say, we were delighted that Mike arrived so quickly. We've used Precision before and we will continue to use them in the future. They are a very professionally run business. I called again because of the excellent service I received previously and it matched the service Garry provided today; very knowledgable. He came during my appointment window, called ahead of his arrival to let us know he was on his way, assessed the needed repair, performed the work in a safe manner, did the 25-Pount Safety Check, advised us of a deficiency, and demonstrated the operation of the repaired work. Gary did a fine job on the spring repair and the replacement of the rollers. My only complaint was that the 12-4 window slipped to 5:30. Would have been helpful to know he was running late, so I didn't have to hang around for 6.5hrs. An update from your office would be very helpful for your customers. So although Gary's work was great and he was very personable, I can only go with 4 stars.

First, thank you for correcting the problem. Comment? I understand there was fresh snow on the ground but the technician who was supposed to come between 8-10, came around 1:00. I was off from my work. Also the price I was quoted the night before was about $30 higher. After some discusion and calling the manager, the price went down and with a $15 coupon, it was reasonable because I know that companies charge just for coming to someone's house. The repair was "tiny", it just needed to put the sensor back on the track, which I did not know how to do myself. It seems to me like these sensors are very flimsy, it should be some kind of protection around them (or something) because just a tiny touch and the sensors fall off. The technician was polite and patient until we resolved the payment and the manager seemed to be reasonable to resolve the payment talking with the technician. Thank you.

We got an email confirming the appointment and telling us who the technician would be, a reminder email, and then a courtesy phone call letting us know out tech was on his way. This is the second time we have used Precision and both times Barry was our technician. He did a fabulous job, was on time, polite and knows his stuff. This time he repaired our garage door, it wasn't opening and closing properly and one of the rollers came out of the track. Barry was done in about 30 minutes. He also called us from his previous job so we knew when to expect him.

I called Precision the morning of Friday Jan. 2 when my garage door spring broke right before New Year holiday. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and enthusiastic attitude to serve during what should be a long holiday weekend for many. Barry, Precision's top-notch technician, came right on time at noon for the 12:00 - 4:00 pm window I was promised. I was very impressed to see how Barry was so passionate with his work. Keypad replacement under warranty should be free of charge. The persons who came did a nice job, except forgetting to set up Password of the second opener. None of the service performed below can be chosen and without it error appears, so I choose one of them at random.

Your company replaced an early GMC garage door opener with a new Liftmaster system several years ago and serviced it twice, the first time a few years ago and the second time yesterday. Barry did the installation to my complete satisfaction. When I called for service the first time, to my surprise, Barry was sent and did a great job at a modest price. When I needed service again a few days ago I called your company again and asked for Barry, if possible, and I was pleased that it was arranged even though he been reassigned to another area. I was very pleased to see Barry again, and the work was performed very well and, again, at a very reasonable cost. As a result of these three performances, I rate Barry's performances very highly! And I also commend the young lady who took my call and made the arrangements for Barry to respond to my request, and to the young technician who helped Barry perform the work, and finally to you the service manager for seeking my assessment of the company's performance.
