My garage door broke the night before thanksgiving. We called the repair facility that originally installed the garage door in the first place. I had thought we may have had a relationship. Not only did they never called back that night but still has not responded. I went on line to look up broken springs. After a review I called on thanksgiving day. They not only answered the call but I was scheduled for the next day. They could not have been more courteous and professional. Garry was a seasoned professional and explained every step. I am very satisfied.

The serviceman called when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would and he replaced both springs on one of our garage doors and also four pulleys. The entire job was finished within the hour. The door goes up and down a lot smoother than it did before. I give them a five star rating for their service and professionalism, but I do think they are a bit pricey. With that being said, I didn't compare their prices. I used them because of the reviews I read on line.

Our new belt driven garage door opener was installed today and it is quiet and the installation was quick and easy. Brian was our technician, he was nice and polite, clean cut and on time. He did exactly as promised at the exact price quoted. He patiently played with our one year old lab who kept interrupting him. This was a wonderful service provider.

Brian came early in the stated window, effectively responded to our complaint about one of our garage door openers, provided a new keypad for one of the openers and programmed the two units to my car. They were on time, efficient and fixed the problem (spring and rollers). The only reason I did not give them a 5 was because of cost. I would have loved to have had the job done at a cheaper cost. After the fact, I searched around for comparable services and believe I may have been able to get the job done cheaper elsewhere. However, I caution my thinking because the materials I may have received could be top notch &/or other companies' services could be shabby. For me, it's my lack of knowledge.

Garry called and told me when he was coming. He was right on time. Told me what was wrong with my garage door opener, gave me some ideas of what should be done and he completed that work in an hour. When he came, Garry (I think that was his name) realized that he didn't have the right door key pad to help, after installing a "radio", he realized he did not need it and eventually, was able to program the key pad properly. The radio that he had installed and realized we didn't need it was left here for some reason, along with wire to install it. Because it was to be a relatively expensive piece of equipment, I would have thought he would have taken it with him. I will keep it here in the event he wants it back. He was cooperative and, I believe, somewhat frustrated that he couldn't get the new keypad to work. Jay Treadwell

We contacted Precision Garage Doors to install a numerical touchpad outside our garage door. The company scheduled our repair at a convenient time and sent us an email “reminder”. The Precision serviceman called in advance and arrived on time. He was both professional and very informative. He quickly and efficiently installed a numerical touchpad. He also spent some time explaining how the unit functioned in addition to a few other aspects of our garage door system. Although the installation of the touchpad turned out to be fairly simple and straightforward, our experience with Precision Garage Doors turned out to be very positive. We would definitely call them again if the need arose.
