Very disappointed. Following what I thought was great service on September 30, we reached out for an appointment today noticing that something didn't seem to be operating correctly and learned that we need to spend an additional $800 on top of what we spent in September. Had we been given complete information at that time, we might have made a different decision.

This is the second time that I used Precision and they again exceeded expectations. The spring in our garage door broke the preceding evening. We called precision and they had a technician, Craig, out to our residence the following morning by 8:15. He provided two options for repair and broke the work down by parts and warranty coverage. Once the decision was made, he efficiently began the repairs. In a timely fashion, the door was back in operation. Craig was friendly and answered all our questions. The work was superb. Thanks again.

Our service tech as polite and prompt. Unfortunately, even though I had discussed the make/model/age (23 years) of our garage door opener to ensure that the Precision Tech would have any necessary parts on his truck, when he arrived...he did not have any parts. He proceeded to say that the best thing is just to replace the entire unit. This was a disappointment, as I had already discussed the desire to repair with their scheduler and the truck arrived with no parts. Cost for 2 replacement units were quoted at $953 (better) and $1165 (best). I cannot rate their install work as we elected to research the proposed models before investing.

I would rate Precision Door Service a "5". The tech, Barry, and his assistant did excellent work after explaining in detail what needed to be done. They went over everything that was performed and asked if I had any questions. They arrived at the time promised and completed the work the same day. Thanks guys.
