The work performed on my garage door included re-programming four remotes, installing two new extension springs, repairing a faulty sensor, and lubricating the chasis. The technician, Keith, was fantastic! He was prompt, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better representative of a company! However, since my initial appointment was for the sole purpose of re-programming the remotes, I wasn't aware that I had been entitled to a 5% Senior or AAA Discount on the new extension springs until immediately after Keith left and I received a thank-you email from the company's owner containing a link to their website. This definitely wasn't Keith's fault -- he was great. I immediately telephoned Precision and left a message for the owner or a manager to inform them. It's now been over a week and I've never received a return call. There's absolutely no excuse for this occurring. I'm now concerned that this forbodes future problems with any guarantees made by Precision on their products. What a shame, especially since Keith did such a fine job.

We had Precision install our first garage door opener almost 20 years ago and it worked well for all that time. We also had a replacement garage door done by your company. When we needed the opener replaced, it was pretty much a no brainer as to who we would get to do it. The installer/technician was very knowledgeable/efficient and very personable. He had all the parts necessary to complete the job on the same day, which was a plus. He was an excellent representative for the company. Because of him and your products and services, we would gladly recommend your company to anyone needing them.

The technician was very nice. The estimate on the phone to replace my opener was $399. I checked with other companies and this wasn't the best price but I was willing to pay it to get the job done today. The technician told me that the prices have been updated and that I had 3 choices the lowest at $700 the highest at $985. It was the old bait and switch technique. I would not recommend this company.

The first time I used your company was last year. Keith C. came to repair my door. He told me exactly what was wrong. The previous owner hired someone that either didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care. Well, it was evident that Keith knew what he was doing and he cared about getting it done right. He’s an absolute professional and an asset to your company. Employees like him are hard to come by so my advice is do whatever it takes to keep him around. (I needed another repair a couple weeks ago and specifically requested him. Once again, great job on his part)

I do want to share how awesome Keith our technician was. When I called to request a service repair was told the time frame would be 10:30 am - 2:30 pm. That being said we figured we would be the last call for the day. He called to inform us he was on his way at 10:30 am and was familiar with our area. He arrived in 20 minutes. I am on vacation this week, so I informed my husband the technician was on his way. I got a shower came out and he was wrapping up his job. I was amazed he was done so fast. He had me push our garage opener a couple of times just to check his repair. Keith was awesome! Prompt, fast and very professional. He wore his mask the entire time. It’s getting pretty warm out and he was very friendly with a smile too! ( you could see his eyes smiled ????) We will definitely share with our friends about Precision Door! I just had my first garage door service through Precision Garage Doors. Wow! My technician Keith was super friendly and professional. He did an excellent job replacing my garage door rollers. Now my garage door no longer sounds like a freight train when it opens and closes. Amazing!!

Called about 9am and they were here about 2pm and done before 4pm. This included replacing my dead 27-year-old Genie screw drive opener with a new Liftmaster WLED unit. And the new unit is SO much quieter that the old one. Our tech, Keith C. was polite, courteous and knew his stuff. Definitely recommend and will use in the future!
