JR was to call back after he check to see if he would have to order a new garrage door or if i was goingto go with three new panels for the door... JR just left me hanging, It was only going to take one hour to do this task.

Barry showed up instead of the assigned technician but I was very pleased with the service. He was very professional as he diagnosed the problem and explained how he planned to carry out the repair. He even swept my garage! I am very impressed with the service I received today.
