Mr. Hall, I just wanted to say that Anita and I were impressed on the very quick response to our garage door problem. Not only was one of the springs broken, but the wooden bracket holding up one side of the door track was also broken. Your technicians are true craftsmen. In a very short time, they evaluated the problem, made a proposal, and then executed it in short order. We are both very glad we called you. If there is any other problems (such as the operator needing replacement), you get called right away. Thank you.

I wanted to praise Mike who came to our house today and worked on two garage doors for us. He was FANTASTIC. What a fabulous attitude. He had a lot of coordinating to do for us with overhead door issues and new devices and he stayed calm and got it all done! He was patient, and friendly and kept me in the loop. Precision was recommended by the "Homeadvisor" website. The service was scheduled for 9AM today. I received a call from the office at 9:05AM saying the technician would be late and would call when he was on his way. In the meantime I went to another appointment whereas the technician called at 10:30AM saying he was at the property. I got back to the property in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and made some suggestions such as servicing the current parts and purchasing a new door system. He left the name of your estimator so I can contact the owner to decide what they wanted to do. Technician was knowledgeable.

The technician came and quickly addressed the problem, He fixed it in a matter of minutes, he was very competent. The only small complaint would be that he was a little late but He fixed it so fast that it didn't even matter. If my garage door opener malfunctions again I will call Precision doors again. I really appreciated that fact that I could look up the person that was going to come, it made me feel safer.

I thought I was calling Clinton Garage Doors because they had repaired my springs at my previous home. At first, my scheduled time was for the date I called (1-2-13) between 1-3 pm, I thought, "Wow good service!" I received a call @ 12:20 stating that the repairman would be there the next day between 7-9am. I called my job and told my supervisor that I will be in around 10 or so. The repairman did not arrive until 9:45am only after I called your company to say that I did not receive a call from the repairman and asked if he was still coming. He then quoted me a price that I thought was too high (over $600)probably because I was already upset because of the tardiness. He told me that I had to get both springs even though only one was broken. He explained why both had to be replaced which made sense to me (at my other home, the repairperson only had to do one for around $100). I only went with Precision Doors because I was in a hurry to just get it fixed. I did apologized to the repairman for my attitude. My total experience was a 2 star. The work I give 4 star.

Great experience, Derrick was on time and very professional which is a rare thing these days. The work was excellent and he communicated to me all that needed to be done. Springs, rollers, cables, and the alignment of my door. What drew me to your company was the fact that on your website you solicit comments from your clients, and there is a profile of your technicians. I also felt (confident) leaving Derrick to do the work instead of standing around watching. I will be needing a garage door opener installed, and I will call Precision.....

I called in the mid day looking for garage door repair service. Immediately, the technician showed up provide a quote for two springs. He had the strings on his truck. This showed me he was ready for the job. He provided a quote and it was acceptable and less than an hour I was writing the check. When the strings break again, I will call Precision. THE SERVICE WAS TIMELY. I will recommend Precision to all my friends.
