Needed my garage door fixed as it made so much noise closing and one side was not closing. I found precision door service online and i requested their service. Their service was spectacular! I was very satisfied with the service received. Barry was very courteous, explained everything in layman's terms and I felt very comfortable with him. I can't remember the other gentleman's name but he was very knowledgeable as well. I would certainly use this company in the future. I do have one suggestion which is not a reflection of the technicians but it would be wise to inform your clients if there is a delay as soon as possible. The technician, Rick arrived when he said he would and changed the springs and performed an inspection within an hour of arrival. He was very courteous and cleaned up after the installation of the new springs. Rick informed me that the old springs were not the proper weight for my insulated garage door.
