Needed my garage door fixed as it made so much noise closing and one side was not closing. I found precision door service online and i requested their service. Their service was spectacular! I was very satisfied with the service received. Barry was very courteous, explained everything in layman's terms and I felt very comfortable with him. I can't remember the other gentleman's name but he was very knowledgeable as well. I would certainly use this company in the future. I do have one suggestion which is not a reflection of the technicians but it would be wise to inform your clients if there is a delay as soon as possible. Thank you for great service and professionalism.

The technician, Rick arrived when he said he would and changed the springs and performed an inspection within an hour of arrival. He was very courteous and cleaned up after the installation of the new springs. Rick informed me that the old springs were not the proper weight for my insulated garage door. Precision Garage Door Service did a repair on my garage door today. I had a broken torsion sping. This was the second time I have use their services, the time before was the other door and a problem with the sensors. I was very happy with the service, and with the professionalism of Rick, the technician. Most of all, I was happy at getting what I feel was a straightforward cost estimates with no gimmicks and a fair price. Dealing with some other companies has left me feeling like dealing with the 'used car salesman." I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service on the basis of my two experiences with them. Do describe your problem, or send pictures, and ask for a ballpark estimate before the technician comes out. Their online chat service was very helpful.

Wow...I am impressed with the customer service and care of this company. I received a call ahead that the technician was in route and he arrived within the timeframe given when I made the appointment. Upon arrival the Technician was Derrick who I knew in advance would be the one servicing our units. He diagnosed what the problem was and had to make a minor adjustment that solved the problem we were experiencing. This is a good company to deal with and I will certainly use them again if I have another problem in the future. Great job Precision in all facets of your business.

I chose Precision because they installed for me a new garage door back in March 2015 and I was very happy with the fine job that was done. However, I was having a problem with the door closing; it would stall - come part of the way down and then go back up. The technician, Brian, was supposed to be at my home between 8 AM and 12 PM. He did not arrive until after 1:30 PM. I had to call back twice to confirm that he was still coming. But once he got here, he immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He explained to me the cause of the problem. I appreciated that and was relieved. Hopefully, we won't have that problem again. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. Thank you!
