So, Brian came back Monday to install my new garage door. I have to say that his professionalism, customer service, and sense of humor are top tier! He called to tell me he would be a bit late because he had a blow out — I appreciate the courtesy! He got right to work as soon as he got here — that was especially important to me, as I was in the middle of another business transaction. He was constantly joking with me and that made the experience even more enjoyable — personality and sense of humor are great signs that indicate someone loves their job; I have immense appreciation for people who love what they do. I have already referred Brian and Precision Garage Doors to one of my neighbors. Please keep doing what you all do Precision! It is very much appreciated! Oh, and I absolutely LOVE my new garage door! It is so much more quieter than that empty tin can I used to have.
