I was very happy with the service. The appointment was at 10 and Mike showed up exactly at 10. Within 30 minutes the spring was replaced. The tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Came home from vacation on a weekend and found garage door wouldnâ??t open. I called the company I usually use. Their recording said they were closed and I could leave a message and probably get on Monday's schedule. Had to get the car out before Monday so I checked Angie's list and found Precision highly rated with 24/7 service. Customer Service was very helpful and sent Barry out that afternoon. He immediately found and fixed the problem. It was a low cost simple fix without weekend premium charges. Barry even showed me how to prevent the problem in the future and how to resolve some other issues I had with one of the doors that sticks in hot weather. Great service and people. I would definitely use them again.

Technicians were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. Barry explained what he found that required repair, why it needed repair, and the options available to me. I chose to repair the existing garage door opener. When he had removed the part that was causing the problem, he showed it to me and explained how the defect in the part was causing the symptoms I was seeing. I highly recommend Precision and would call them in the future without hesitation.

Barry, the service tech who was dispatched to our home went above and beyond to service our garage door. The initial visit was to perform maintenance and replace the door rollers.
