Great customer service. I purchased my Garage door from Overhead Garage Precision Door Service a couple of years ago. I recently needed service on the door, because it would not open. Anthony, the service tech arrived on time and took care of the problem in a professional manner. I did not bother to call around for estimates, based on my past experience with Precision Door I just phoned them because of the great service I received in the past.

Upon my telephone contact with the company, a representative promptly answered my call and was able to schedule a service appointment for the next day. The technician, Rick G., provided excellent service. He arrived within the scheduled time window, quickly assessed the work that needed to be done, advised me on the best course of action, and completed the installation of new drive cables, pullets and rollers and garage door openers well within the time frame of his estimate. Throughout the appointment he was highly professional, very technically competent and exhibited the very best in customer service skills, including a demeanor of honesty and trustworthiness. Rick from Precision was the tech assigned to our job. He was on time, patient and professional throughout the service call. He did a great job explaining why our 20 year old garage door opener had failed and needed to be replaced. Rick provided me with three replacement options and explained the differences of each solution offered. Once we decided on the solution Rick was able to install the new unit right there and then. He was efficient in getting the install completed, did a great job cleaning up and took all the debris including the old opener with him. He then took the time to give me an overview of the operation of the new unit and answered all of my questions. I will call Precision and ask for Rick on all garage repairs moving forward. Excellent service.

We were very pleased with the repairs and upgrade on our garage door. Your representative, Chris, was very well informed, clearly experienced with his craft, and patient with questions. The following should not be included in the review because it is a very minor criticism, but the phone jingle about garage doors that greets your callers sounded off-key and was repeated time after time after time while I waited to be connected. It probably does more to encourage clients to hang up rather than sell your product.

I called Precision Door on a family member's recommendation. She did not steer me wrong. I called and got an appointment the very next morning. The tech was prompt, friendly, and courteous, and explained our options very clearly. He apologized for not having all the parts he needed on his truck but assured us that by the time he was done with the first part of the repair another truck would be there with the rest of the parts, and indeed it was. My garage door is damage need to change . I called for appointment and I get it on next day . They send technicians James Z. Queen . James came took some pictures of my garage door and he give all answer my question . I told him I need quotes for their company’s Raynor door and other Clopay door with non insulated and insulated with opener. He gives me three different price . And I choose with best and he work with me very good with price . In two days they come on time and install whole new door and opener in 3 hours they explain everything which I had a question. Their people are so polite and helpful I happy with their work .yes I recommend to my friends and family.
