Spring broke Saturday evening. Called precision Sunday morning and they were at my house Sunday afternoon to make the repair. The service was great and watching Derrick was watching a master performing his art. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Will definitely use Precision from now on but my garage door is in such great shape, I will probably only need occasional routine maintenance.

The Precision technician, Bobby, was right on time for the appointment to replace a broken coil spring. He was very personable and explained all aspects of the job (cost, what he would replace, how to maintain the system after the repair). As a DIYer who did not want to tackle this job, I appreciated Bobby's expertise and ability to get the job done quickly and completely.

Repair man who came out was nice but the pricing is very, very expensive. I am going to look elsewhere.

Quick response to my request for help with an older garage-door opener that was stopping halfway up and needed a hand-assist to raise completely. Very competent technician (Dakota) but I was surprised at the price ($677) for a 30-minute tuneup including new springs, pulleys and cable.

Garage door stuck, can’t go anywhere; my friend highly recommended “Precision Garage Door servioce” Rescue Squad Captain Layne arrived the next morning on time. Layne’s workmanship is professional and courteous, also extremely knowledgeable to explaining everything. Totally replaced 5 parts - • two torsion springs, • center steel freeway bearing • end bearing brackets • sealed white neoprene roller • bottom corner brackets Now my door was open quiet and smoothly. The best part is additional 5% senior discount, really appreciated for the excellent job. Jennie Maar

Within an hour of my call, a service provider from Precision was at my home. I was having problems with a 20-year old garage door opener and the options for replacing it were explained to me. We finally agreed that the best option was to service the current opener and see if it would provide months/years of good service. The problems with the door were corrected and it's now operating fine. I appreciated the quick service and how the repair was handled. Excellent service.

We have been Precision door customers for years for a good reason. When my garage door spring snapped, I called for help immediately since we couldn't get our car out of the garage. Within 24 hours, we not only had an appointment but we had everything fixed! Layne, our service technician, arrived on time, explained what the repair would entail, diagnosed other problems with our garage door system and corrected them all in a timely and efficient manner. He was courteous and professional. We couldn't be more pleased.

If I am not mistaken, you installed the original garage door in our Town Home 29 years ago and left a sticker just above the light switch. I believe this is only the second time we have had the need to call you and you were just as responsive as the first time, very Professional, accurate and efficient. The Technician's name was 'Rick" and he was about the business of getting it done. Thank You.
