We have been Precision door customers for years for a good reason. When my garage door spring snapped, I called for help immediately since we couldn't get our car out of the garage. Within 24 hours, we not only had an appointment but we had everything fixed! Layne, our service technician, arrived on time, explained what the repair would entail, diagnosed other problems with our garage door system and corrected them all in a timely and efficient manner. He was courteous and professional. We couldn't be more pleased.

If I am not mistaken, you installed the original garage door in our Town Home 29 years ago and left a sticker just above the light switch.
