Door opener failed on Tuesday, called Prescision that afternoon and they sent repair man next day. Exceptional service. Repair/installation technician TAYLOR arrived exactly on time as promised. He provided me with several options from repair to replacement. I considered given age of old unit I wanted full opener replacement. I’m very happy with new unit and totally impressed with professional, knowledgeable technician TAYLOR. Highly recommend this company when considering any garage door work.

Precision offered same day service which is why I called them. They also had good reviews. Sherman called when he was 15 minutes out ahead of my scheduled time for service. He provided excellent service. He explained what could be wrong and walked me through what he was going to check for. He then provided estimates with options for work and completed service replacement of my garage door end bearing brackets, tuned up and adjusted my door tracks' and unlocked the motor. Once done he showed me the parts that were removed and replaced and showed me what would be necessary to maintain my garage door moving forward. I would highly recommend them for any garage services you may have.

Top notch operation. From Mike the owner, to the salesman JR to the installers, Derrick and Cortez, everybody was great. JR helped me pick out the right door for the right price. Derrick and Cortez came in and installed my replacement door with no problem. New door works great and they hauled the old heavy wooden door away. A good job done the way it should be.

I did not need to wait on hold when I called and I appreciated the prompt, same day service. The courteous serviceman, Sherman, called ahead, wore a mask (very important to me, a diabetic senior), explained the problem, and waited while I tested my car remote and keypad to be sure all was working correctly.
