Monday 24 February 2025, I received a call from my wife stating that my garage would not open. I contacted Precision Garage Doors and within 4 hours Brent the technician arrived at my home repairing my garage... now that's what I call great service!! I had a remote and exterior remote issue with my two garage door openers. I called Precision Door Service yesterday and they responded immediately. Brent was asked to come to my house and both Brent and the company let me know when he was coming and kept me up to speed with both text and e-mail messages. Great communication! Once at the house Brent assessed the problems with my garage door openers and immediate fixed the problem along with replacing my rollers on my garage door. We needed remotes for our 'just moved in' house, repairs and replacements to the garage "Nick" was very polite, thorough, and professional. Prior to starting, we were informed of the procedure, what it entailed, choices explained, prices, and importance of each choice. When the job was completed, further explanations, and was asked if there were any questions. Being seniors, the respect and explanations were very appreciated. More than satisfied (love the 3 year warranty)!

Door opener failed on Tuesday, called Prescision that afternoon and they sent repair man next day. Exceptional service. Repair/installation technician TAYLOR arrived exactly on time as promised. He provided me with several options from repair to replacement. I considered given age of old unit I wanted full opener replacement. I’m very happy with new unit and totally impressed with professional, knowledgeable technician TAYLOR. Highly recommend this company when considering any garage door work.
