Called in the morning and door was repaired by early afternoon. Tech was courteous, evaluated door repair requirements, provided estimates, and described worked required with associated warranties. After the door was repaired Eric walked through all the repairs to the door. Would highly recommend you give them a try. I WILL again, if needed.

Top notch operation. From Mike the owner, to the salesman JR to the installers, Derrick and Cortez, everybody was great. JR helped me pick out the right door for the right price. Derrick and Cortez came in and installed my replacement door with no problem. New door works great and they hauled the old heavy wooden door away. A good job done the way it should be.

I did not need to wait on hold when I called and I appreciated the prompt, same day service. The courteous serviceman, Sherman, called ahead, wore a mask (very important to me, a diabetic senior), explained the problem, and waited while I tested my car remote and keypad to be sure all was working correctly.

Installation of new opener went smoothly and did not take a long time, but also was not rushed. Technician provided clear instructions on how to operate all opener equipment. I chose Precision because they are close to my residence. The Technician Sherman S. was very professional, courteous and polite. One of the sensors on my garage door wiring came lose from the housing, locking shut my door. Also, I could not use the emergency door opener, because the garage door was binding to the frame which Sherman saw right off. Sherman fixed the problem in a timely manner. If I was his boss, I would give him a raise.
