It is quite inconvenient when one's home garage door will not function! I was so pleased with the rapid, professional response to my problem. I called simply because I saw an ad online and took a chance. I called several companies in fact. I was pleased that a serviceman could be sent the next day and on a SATURDAY. He was very personable and gave me lots of helpful information & advice on caring for the various components of our two doors. I will definitely call again when the need arises and highly recommend Precision.

I'm pleased with the service from my first time using Precision. There was a miscommunication after the first service person did not have a required part and the second person came out not knowing the situation. Precision rectified the situation and then sent out Ricky to make the repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and completed the work.
