The Tech world respond ed to my call was very knowledgeable, professional and practice fair business ethics. He even helped me over the phone to reprogram remote after I wiped his programming. Mike C. did a quick and efficient job in adjusting the roller support rails as well as installing 2 longer, and more appropriate, end rollers. He analyzed the problem, new what to do, and did the work quickly. He was very courteous and explained what and why each thing he did was necessary. Will certainly be calling Precision again for any further garage door repairs.
