Great Company with Great Service! Called yesterday and got an appointment for the next day. Sherman arrived within the given appointment window with a call ahead to ensure we were home. He quickly analyzed the problem and provided three reasonable quotes. Sherman was prepared to repair on the spot and even repaired an unrelated call issue with not questions asked. Company provides warranty on their work (great bonus). I highly recommend and will call back for all future garage needs!! And yes they are COVID-19 compliant!!

The lead man took the time to answer all my question, without hesitation. Upon completion , I was walked thru what was installed and repaired and the proper care for future reference. My garage door stopped operating on Friday evening on 9/11. I found Precision online and was able to get an appointment for Sat. 9/12 at 3:30 pm. The technician Eric arrived about 3 pm, assessed the problem which turned out to be a broken motor. The new motor was installed. Everything was completed in less than an hour. Excellent job by Eric and Precision

On 10 September Mr. Sherman Stepney was the technician who arrived to service my garage doors and openers which had been installed by Precision. Prior to his arrival he contacted me to take inform me that he was enroute and provided an estimated time of arrival. As promised he arrived within the time provided and promptly serviced my door. After analyzing the issue hr made the needed adjustments and then provided me with a thorough description of the work he had performed. Additionally he explained that I needed to lubricate the hinges quarterly and told me what type of lubricant I should purchase. Throughout his visit he remained masked and bob served recommended COVID 19 social distancing. Lastly he informed me that he had contacted the office and informed them that the work was performed under warranty vice just as a repeat customer as was indicated. I was extremely happy with the Mr Stepney. He was courteous, thorough and extremely profession. I will definitely use Precision again because of the quality customer service and the professionalism exhibited by Mr. Stepney

I chose Precision Door Service based on the personal referral of a trusted IT. The technician, Eric Bartow, replaced the spring and cable of my garage door. The bearing also needed to be balanced. The quality of the work was excellent. The repair price was fair. The work was meticulous, professional and completed in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgable and readily and accurately assessed the issue, and had the materials on-hand to complete the repair during the initial consultation. The work is guaranteed for a year. The invoicing, payment processing and email confirmation transactions were quick, convenient, detailed and professional. The technician was punctual and made it easy for me to plan my work schedule around the appointment.
