Charles is a star door technician. He has grown and learned so much during his time here with us. In his free time outside of work, Charles enjoys playing golf, hiking with his dog and spending quality time with his family.
Called first thing Thursday morning and the call was answered right away. I explained the situation, we had a broken latch when you secure the door and could not find the keys. The one who answered the phone said “we can fix that”. (We needed it fixed by the next Sunday”. Technician came when promised, was top notch professional and explained what was needed. A part needed to be ordered and they were here the next day. Repair was quick and he went over what was fixed visually. Payment was high tech! 15 out of 10 stars….

I called for garage door repair, as the door would not open last night. The technician was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. The door that would not open last night, somehow opened today. The tech thoroughly checked and evaluated the springs and coils which passed but are worn. i also requested an estimate on an automatic door opener. I will kept that in mind for one of my winter projects! Thank you so much!! I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my fellow neighbors!!

Within an hour of my call, a service provider from Precision was at my home. I was having problems with a 20-year old garage door opener and the options for replacing it were explained to me. We finally agreed that the best option was to service the current opener and see if it would provide months/years of good service. It was an all around great experience choosing Precision Door. The technician Charles called 20 minutes before he arrived and arrived within the time frame I was told. I was having a problem with my garage door not opening. It actually was still working. Charles explained it very clearly, so what we were experiencing would keep our door working. We were very thankful for him to come out even though there was no repair done. I would highly recommend Precision Door due to there professionalism and will certainly be calling them if I need service on my garage doors again.
