I was quite impressed with the efficient & professional work of technician Abe who not only arrived within the scheduled time but more importantly was able to resolve the issue of my garage door not opening correctly. A TOTAL SCAM! They sent a technician out to quote me a price and after a brief review quoted us a price of over $800 to replace two springs. We immediately called another local company and repaired our garage door and replaced the springs for under $300. I would never use or recommend Precision to any of my family or friends! #Beware

Let me start by saying my service technician was Abraham. Abraham did an excellent job on replacing my broken garage door spring. It was quickly extremely clear that he was very good at his job. I felt the price of my service was a little higher than I expected a spring replacement to be however I’m glad I chose to have it done. I believe you pay for what you get. I paid for a quick reliable repair from Percision door company and that’s what I received. On a side note, Percision door company should be proud to have such an outstanding employee. Its workers like him that should get a raise because it’s workers like him that will have people continuing to use your company for repairs. Word of mouth is huge. If you need your door repaired quick and right request Abraham. That’s what I will be telling people when asked.
