I would recommend your company's services to others. When contacted to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with a friendly and courtesy assistant. I was given a time that fit my schedule. When Michael (Mike) C. the technician arrived, he was prompt and conducted his self in a professional manner. He services to repair my garage door opener went over and beyond the standard repair. He inspected the door opener,answered all questions, identified and made all repairs to the door opener in a polite and professional manner. I would recommend Precision and strongly recommend Mike.

I hired Precision to fix one of my two garage doors. Barry was our technician and did a fantastic job. Not only was he punctual and friendly, he explained to us our options for service (which saved us some money), but he also went through a 101 on how to keep our doors properly lubricated and working properly. I found this company online and was able to get an appointment easily. I liked that the company gives you the picture of the technician who will come to the house for security reasons. He was knowledgeable and the repair was fast, although I felt it was a little expensive. I will use this company again.

I wish that I could remember who our technician was because he was great! The technician took the time to look over our damaged door and he gave us the solution options that would be best. Mike C. did a quick and efficient job in adjusting the roller support rails as well as installing 2 longer, and more appropriate, end rollers. He analyzed the problem, new what to do, and did the work quickly. He was very courteous and explained what and why each thing he did was necessary. The reviews that I saw online made me feel comfortable about using your company. Mike did a great job. He was running behind but I got a call telling me that and I appreciated knowing that he would be a little late. He explained to me what had to be done and how much it would be. When he was finished, he alerted me to the fact that our runners were old and would probably have to be replaced at some point. I avoided a new service charge by just having him fix them right now. Mike was very pleasant and very professional. He is an asset to your company. The job was done within about 1 1/2 hours. Thanks. Pat

Technician was polite and while he told me what was available, he did not try to sell me a lot of unneeded repairs. He was appropriately friendly. He showed up a little early and the job was completed quickly. I will use this company again if the need arises.
