Arrived within the time window which is a huge +. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my door openers, adjusted, lubricated, explained - in and out in under an hour with zero upsell. Mike was awesome! Five star experience here. Highly recommend.

Professional 24 hour service when making appointment, they called me right back when I reached out to them online, it close to midnight! Very quick turn around on the appointment, repairman came the next morning, arrived on time during time frame I was told, and he called to let me know how far away, estimated arrival time. Mike, the repairman, was professional and courtesy upon arrival. He examined the issue and recommended repair options. Had parts on hand, and he was able to fix the issue, no problem in a timely manner. He did not leave any debris, he cleaned up the job well. Before he left he made sure I knew that everything worked OK. AWESOME from beginning to end. Hope I don't need them again anytime soon, however, if I do...I would definitely call them again, as well as refer them to others.

The info in the ad in Google impressed me. Especially the spring expected lifetime. On Mothers Day, Mike was earlier than expected and finished in about 40 minutes with two cars stuck inside. The price was on the high end though.

It was Mother's Day and the spring on our garage door broke - we couldn't open the garage door. We called Precision and Mike was there in an hour. He replaced the spring and we were good to go. We are so grateful that Precision has emergency service on the weekends. They had given us a 4 hour arrival window which we totally understood because it was a weekend. Needless to say, we were delighted that Mike arrived so quickly. We've used Precision before and we will continue to use them in the future. They are a very professionally run business. I called Precision to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Michael responded the same day and made the repair. Other companies I contacted said they were booked and could not come for another four days. Michael did offer me a few other options to purchased but was not pushy when I decline. I was very happy with the service provide.

The spring of my garage door went broken, I called the phone number and the technician came within 2 hours. He worked really fast to replace the spring on both side. However, your price is really too high--the total charge is $355 including emergency service, giving the fact that a pair of springs are only $40 at Home Depot.

Your technician Mike was Professional, Friendly, and, Knowledgeable. Mike did not explain to me, when I mentioned problems with the button outside the door not responding as I had been accustomed to previously, that it was a separate job I would need to make another request for, as I would have done. He treated it as if it wasn't important. I'm willing to pay for that. For now I can only use the remotes, and I need to always have one handy.

Keypad replacement under warranty should be free of charge. The persons who came did a nice job, except forgetting to set up Password of the second opener. None of the service performed below can be chosen and without it error appears, so I choose one of them at random.
