They were on time, efficient and fixed the problem (spring and rollers). The only reason I did not give them a 5 was because of cost. I would have loved to have had the job done at a cheaper cost. After the fact, I searched around for comparable services and believe I may have been able to get the job done cheaper elsewhere. However, I caution my thinking because the materials I may have received could be top notch &/or other companies' services could be shabby. For me, it's my lack of knowledge.

I am incredibly pleased with Precision and so glad I called them! My garage door broke on a Saturday night and got stuck closed, leaving our car trapped inside. I called the company at around 11:30pm fully expecting to leave a voice mail just hoping to make a Sunday appointment and couldn't believe it when a wonderful woman actually answered the phone! She was extremely kind and helpful. She was able to schedule a technician to come out first thing in the morning. Brian arrived as scheduled and was truly a pleasure to work with. He explained the problem, the services being performed, and the exact charges ahead of time. He worked efficiently and had my door up and running again in less than half an hour. We were finally free again! I can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied with Precision's service provided from their initial interaction to their final completion of service. I will most definitely be using them again should the situation arise.

I found your service via Home Advisor. My call was answered on a Sunday evening and although next day service was available, the service was scheduled based on my availability. Brian was on time, very courteous and professional. He advised me of the price for the repairs before starting and he very efficiently did a terrific job on fixing my garage door. I chose Precision because they installed for me a new garage door back in March 2015 and I was very happy with the fine job that was done. However, I was having a problem with the door closing; it would stall - come part of the way down and then go back up. The technician, Brian, was supposed to be at my home between 8 AM and 12 PM. He did not arrive until after 1:30 PM. I had to call back twice to confirm that he was still coming. But once he got here, he immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He explained to me the cause of the problem. I appreciated that and was relieved. Hopefully, we won't have that problem again. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. Thank you!

Excellent service. The tech, Brian, was very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Very impressive - that doesn't happen very often anymore. The charges were fair also, as I had expected to pay much more than charged, even without the service fee. I would recommend Precision to to any friend or acquaintance, and if I need additional garage door service, I will be back. Good job.

Our service tech Brian was great and knowledgable. I called on a Sunday night and someone from the company answered and scheduled my visit for the next day. Great service. The only suggestion, I was told the service call included the programming of my device, however, I learned from our tech that we are charged per device for programming. Thats the only difference between 4 star and 5 star for me.
