Keith is the repair man I’ve never met before. He assessed the problem, took action and modified a 25-30 year old spring design and made it better than when it was new. This man should be in charge of training all service people that do repair on any products. It was a pleasure to pay for this service, not even sure if it competitive.

From the initial call to set up an appointment to the technician to the customer service managers, Precision Door Service was professional and polite. Your company replaced an early GMC garage door opener with a new Liftmaster system several years ago and serviced it twice, the first time a few years ago and the second time yesterday. Barry did the installation to my complete satisfaction. When I called for service the first time, to my surprise, Barry was sent and did a great job at a modest price. When I needed service again a few days ago I called your company again and asked for Barry, if possible, and I was pleased that it was arranged even though he been reassigned to another area. I was very pleased to see Barry again, and the work was performed very well and, again, at a very reasonable cost. As a result of these three performances, I rate Barry's performances very highly! And I also commend the young lady who took my call and made the arrangements for Barry to respond to my request, and to the young technician who helped Barry perform the work, and finally to you the service manager for seeking my assessment of the company's performance.
